Giacomo Reggente

Research Consultant

Giacomo Reggente is a composer and sound designer crafting immersive, emotionally charged scores that fuse orchestral architecture with electronic innovation and rare acoustic textures. Trained at Berklee College of Music, his work spans cinematic, ambient, and hybrid sound worlds—where analog synthesis, large-scale percussion, and world instruments become part of a living compositional language. His approach is textural, physical, and narrative-driven, building sonic environments that feel both intimate and monumental.

Founder of Marmalade Skies Studio, Giacomo brings decades of performance, entrepreneurial leadership, and disciplined martial training into the scoring process—where structure meets instinct and restraint amplifies impact. He is currently collaborating with the Institute for Advanced Consciousness Research, exploring immersive music systems that deepen emotional embodiment and perceptual experience. His work is grounded, expansive, and designed for visionary storytelling across film, games, and emerging media.

Exploring how vibrationally tuned music—bridging harmonic structure and ancient sonic modalities—influences neurocognitive states tied to focus, creativity, resilience, and transcendence.

What drew you to consciousness

I’ve always seen music as a bridge between worlds—a spiritual, emotional, and neurological key. My journey through sound healing, martial arts, and composition revealed how deeply vibration affects consciousness. I’m passionate about applying music as both an expressive art form and a transformative healing modality.
