Assessing The Impact of an Audiovisual Experience on Mood States

The purpose of this study is to characterize the neurophysiological responses and behavioral measures tracking mood states between different light and sound experiences as compared to instructed breath work exercises. The light-and-sound experience is developed by AhhBe, LLC and is named ELA. It is designed with the intent to produce a calming state of mind through visual and auditory percepts.
