Your ideal research study

I would like to train the nervous system to generate the somatic feeling of secure connection and social safety. What are the implications for functional brain connectivity when an internal locus of attachment is established within subjective experience? What are the psychoneuroimmunological implications of such a shift?

What drew you to consciousness

I began my studies in anthropology and have explored consciousness from an array of perspectives. I am driven by the idea that our minds and bodies are capable of vastly more than we are currently able to comprehend. I firmly believe that by better understanding consciousness, we can create new paradigms for conceptualizing the human experience and more aligned approaches to its challenges
